Course curriculum may include:
- Weekly online meetings lasting from 2 (two) to 3 (three) hours with the possibility of communication with the Contractor (voice questions) or his representative.
- Access to the relevant "Knowledge Library".
- Access to the corresponding news channel in Telegram.
- The possibility of cooperation with specialists (senior managers) engaged by the Contractor.
- As well as individual mentoring (coaching).
- After the Client makes payment for the selected course, the Contractor will send a link to the Client's email address specified during registration with an invitation to join the Telegram channel or online conference (training). This link will also serve as confirmation of the service and the basis for invoicing.
- The client will receive weekly email newsletters with information about company news and any changes to the course program schedule.

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you need is to exchange the course for another that better suits your preferences. All digital products, except for personal coaching, have a 14-day refund policy.
We will not process a refund if the refund request is submitted on the 15th day or later from the date of payment.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to the other party to be valid. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that this process may take some time.
For information on cancellations and refunds for personal coaching, please refer to your coaching agreement.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refund requests for discounted items.
